The course provides practical advice to help inform and guide you through the management of a successful donation program and to assist with ensuring your ability to work with all stakeholders to achieve the highest quality product donation activities.

Objectives:

  • Describe the process for managing medical donations that is consistent with the World Health Organization's (WHO) Guidelines on Drug Donations and the PQMD Guidelines on Quality Medical Program Donations.
  • Explore best practices to obtain, transport, store, and use donations.
  • Determine how to evaluate your own program to ensure that you are following all of the prevailing industry and regulatory requirements.
