This Webinar is a one-hour session ideal for humanitarians in IM, M&E or Project/Program Management who want to learn how to get started with designing a Database customized to the needs of tracking and managing individual cases (e.g. IDPS, refugees etc.) using the online M&E software ActivityInfo.
The session covers the creation of a Database and the creation of specific Forms in ActivityInfo from the scope of Case Management focusing on more advanced Field Types and User Permissions that allow the anonymization of data, the creation of different levels of access for the users reporting on the data and more. After the session, attendees will know how to design a Form for Case Management in ActivityInfo and how to handle some of the more advanced Field Types available in the software to create more advanced reports.
The Webinar will last 45' and will be followed by a 15' Q&A session.
Technical background is not necessary.
