Street children on the increase in Lake State

The Lakes State government is facing a crisis of street children who have now become victims of child labor.
The State Minister of Rural development, Chol Koknyin, says many of the children are returnees while some have ran away from home, to escape inter-communal violence.
The Minister has appealed to both government and families to take care of the children instead of producing them and letting them loitering in the towns.
