I. EFFECTS OF TAIL-END OF A COLD FRONT
SITUATION OVERVIEW:
A. Municipality of Kapalong, Davao del Norte
• Flashflood incident occurred at around 4:30 PM, 19 January 2013 at Brgy Maniki, Brgy Pag-asa, Brgy Sampao, Brgy Sua-on, Brgy Semong, and Brgy Mamacao due to heavy rain and strong wind affecting residents of Purok 1A, Sampao; Purok 3A Pag-asa; Purok 1B & 10B Maniki; Purok 2 Semong and Purok 2 Sua-on.
• Ninety (90) families / 331 persons were affected by the flashflood wherein 90 families/331 persons evacuated to higher grounds
