A landslide occurred close to the village of Mosoco (Páez Municipality, Cauca Department, south-western Colombia) on 18 June, resulting in casualties and damage.

According to media reports, at least eight people have died and two houses have been completely destroyed. Other landslide events in the area have affected several roads, making access to the site difficult for rescue teams.
On 22-23 June, moderate to heavy rain is forecast over the hit area.
