  • Russian forces blocked civilians from leaving occupied areas in southern Ukraine, holding over 1,000 cars with people at their checkpoint in Zaporizhzhia Oblast, not allowing them to either enter Ukrainian-controlled territories or return to the occupied ones, according to the deputy head of the Zaporizhzhia Regional Administration.
  • Russian troops fired on fleeing civilians in Kherson Oblast according to the Head of the Regional Military Administration who noted that three people are dead and six wounded due to a Russian attack near the village of Davydiv Brid.
  • 37 people were evacuated from Sievierodonetsk amid heavy shelling, five of whom were children. However, the Luhansk Oblast Governor noted that the evacuation was "beyond difficult" due to Russia's non-stop heavy shelling.
