Cash transfers and its linkages with complementary programmes TRC and IFRC have not ceased to adapt and align all the activities with preventive measures implemented across the country and the dynamic changes and developments. The necessary adjustments were made prior to the C-ESSN cash transfers, while some of the ESSN recipients were shifted to C-ESSN pool.
