Burkina Faso

21 November 2021: In Foube locality, Barsalogho department, Sanmatenga province, armed perpetrators burned down an MSF-supported health centre. A member of the MSF team as well as an undetermined number of patients were injured. As a result of the damage, the health post was rendered inoperable. As reported on 26 November 2021: In Tin-Akoff town and department, Oudalan province, suspected Islamic State's West Africa Province (ISWAP) or Jama’at Nusrat al-Islam wal-Muslimin (JNIM) militants abducted a male health worker. Unconfirmed reports indicate that he was killed.

14 November 2021: In Kumbo city, Northwest region, defence and security forces armed with sophisticated weapons stormed the Saint Elizabeth Catholic (Shisong) Hospital in search of separatist fighters. As they raided each section of the facility, they threatened to set the facility on fire next time and shoot health staff as well as nuns in the legs if they did not indicate where the Ambazonian fighters were hiding. Democratic Republic of the Congo

11 November 2021: In Kisunga village, Beni territory, North Kivu province, Allied Democratic Forces (ADF) rebels attacked a hospital and looted pharmaceutical supplies before setting the building on fire. Five civilians were killed, including a hospital guard, and a patient and two nurses were taken hostage. Sources: Actualité, Humangle and WikiRumours
