Venezuela health care capacity is significantly compromised as a result of the deepening political and socio-economic crisis in Venezuela. It has led to the collapse of services and deterioration of living conditions which will further complicate the ability to effectively manage a robust response to COVID-19 as they continue to experience the biggest mass displacements in the history of South America.
