OVERVIEW

Mindanao especially Cotabato and Davao were affected by three major earthquakes plus aftershocks in just two weeks. Due to nonstop earthquake being experienced by the residents, houses, commercial and government buildings has been abandoned for fear that they may collapse anytime. Some houses already collapsed and landslide are also visible in the area that residents choose to stay in tents installed in an open area as their temporary shelters.

Humanity First Canada (HF) with assistance of local volunteers from Humanity First Philippines are currently providing humanitarian assistance to affected people in the following cities: Magsaysay and Davao del Sur. In total currently 10 volunteers are assisting. The distribution took place on Monday 2nd and 3rd December 2019. 600 food relief packages have been packed and distributed this will benefit 4000 beneficiaries.

4 Cans Sardines
6 pcs Noodles
1 pack Biscuits
1 pack powder Milk
6 sachets 3 in 1 coffee mix
2 liters of Drinking water
