I. SITUATION OVERVIEW

TS "RAMON" STARTED TO MOVE SOUTH SOUTHWESTWARD OVER THE PHILIPPINE SEA EAST OF NORTHERN LUZON.

On 16 November 2019, 4:00 pm, the center of Tropical Storm "RAMON" {KALMAEGI} was estimated at 435 km east of Casiguran, Aurora (15.5 °N, 126.1 °E), with maximum sustained winds of 65 km/h near the center and gustiness of up to 80 km/h. It is moving South Southwest at 15 km/h. Light to moderate with intermittent heavy rains may be experienced over the eastern portions of Cagayan and Isabela.

Tropical Cyclone Wind Signal (TCWS) No.1 is raised over Eastern portion of Cagayan (Santa Ana, Gonzaga, Lal-lo, Gattaran, Baggao and Pefiablanca), Eastern portion of Isabela (Maconacon, Divilacan, Palanan, and Dinapigue), and Northern Aurora (Dilasag, Casiguran, and Dinalungan).
