South Sudan: CERF allocates up to $15 million for flooding response

The Under-Secretary-General for Humanitarian Affairs and Emergency Relief Coordinator, Mark Lowcock, will allocate up to US$15 million from the UN Central Emergency Response Fund (CERF) to urgently scale up the response to the floods in South Sudan.
