Assessment Finding and Recommendation in brief:

On 14-Oct-19 an OCT (Screening Committee) meeting was held in Kabul DoRR office. DoRR presented petitions of 322 families for screening, after screening 147 families were referred to joint teams for assessment and response and 175 petitions were rejected by the Screening Committee members because they did not meet ERM eligibility criteria.

Joint assessment was conducted from (16-21)-Oct-19, the assessment teams went door to door and had interviews with the heads of households as well as with their household members and finally found 32 out of 147 households eligible for humanitarian assistance under ERM eligibility criteria. The rest of the families were old IDPs, fake, not found etc. and were rejected by the assessment teams.

Priority needs has been reported as following as per HEAT database:

  • Food
  • NFIs (Kitchen Equipment, Fuel, Warm Cloths, Blankets, Water Containers & Hygiene Supplies)
  • Cash (for food, rent, etc.)
