SUMMARY
On 14 April 2019 at 6:50 AM, an armed conflict transpired between the Infantry Battalion (IB) of the Philippine Army and New People’s Army (NPA) in Brgy. Cabcaban, Bindoy, Negros Oriental which resulted to the displacement of families and individuals in the area.

I. Status of Affected Families / Persons
A total of 350 families or 1,750 persons were affected by the armed conflict in Bindoy, Negros Oriental (see Table 1).
