2. Effects

2.1. Areas and Population Affected (Tab A)

- There were 82,372 families / 352,135 persons affected in 1,115 barangays, 86 municipalities/cities, 10 provinces in Regions I, II and CAR
- There are no more evacuees inside the evacuation centers, however, 1,1531 families / 6,214 persons are still being served by DSWD and LGUs outside ECs.

2.2 Casualties (Tab B)

There were 50 casualties: 14 dead, 13 injured and 23 missing

2.3 Houses Damaged (Tab C)

A total of 8,850 houses were damaged: totally damaged - 706; and partially damaged houses - 7,874

2.4. Damage to Properties (Tab D)

The estimated cost of damages to agriculture and infrastructure amounted to P1,351,521,370.00 broken down as follows: Infrastructure - P148,456,900.00 and Agriculture - P1,203,064,470.00

3. Humanitarian Assistance (Details on Tab E)

The estimated cost of assistance provided by the NDCC thru the rice assistance program, DSWD, LGUs and NGOs amounted to Php13.62Million broken down as follows: NDCC trhough the rice assistance program - P1.323M; DSWD - P1.86M; Dep Ed: P10M; LGU: P0.55M; NGO; P0.032M

Note: The decrease in the amount of Cost of Assistance is due to reconciliation with the DepEd's figure
