Ethiopia
There has been flooding along the Baro River around Gambella on the Sudanese border. Oxfam has a proposal for the provision of shelter material to those affected.
The Awash river has also flooded below the Koha dam. Oxfam has made an assessment of the situation and has offered assistance to the government.
