At 2:00 AM, TS "URDUJA" remained almost stationary over the Northern portion of Samar Province. At 4100 AM, Tropical Depression outside PAR was estimated at 2,040 km East of Mindanao with maximum sustained winds of 40 kph and gustiness of up to 50 kph.

At 8:00 AM, "URDUJA" weakened into a Tropical Depression and is now over the Samar Sea. TCWS No. 2 has been lifted. Meanwhile, TCWS No. 1 is raised over Southern part of Occidental Mindoro, southern part of Oriental Mindoro, Albay, Sorsogon, Masbate including Burias and Ticao Islands, northern part of Palawan including Cuyo and Calamian Group of Islands, Aklan, Antique, Capiz, Iloilo, Guimaras, northern portion of Negros Occidental, northern portion of Cebu, Northern Samar, Samar, Eastern Samar, Leyte, and Biliran.
