This is the final report on the monitored flooding incident in Cotabato City, which happened in 15 July 2017. The flooding was due to the overflow of the Rio Grande de Mindanao.

23,176 families or 104,108 persons were affected by the flooding incident in 26 Barangays in Cotabato City (see Table 1).
- Status of Displaced Families/Persons
510 families or 2,550 persons were evacuated to 3 evacuation centers in Cotabato City; all of which have returned to their own residences.
- Assistance Provided
₱12,967,152.00 worth of relief items was provided to affected families.
