II. EFFECTS:
A. AFFECTED POPULATION
1. A total of 4,127 families or 16,040 persons were affected in 27 barangays in the Province of Leyte (Region VIII). Of which, 1,611 families/6,024 persons are being served in 19 evacuation centers. While, 2,422 families/9,626 persons are currently staying outside the ECs with either their family or friends:
