SANA'A/LONDON, 15 December 2015 (IRIN) - The last time the warring parties in Yemen had a go at a ceasefire, it lasted no more than a few hours. This, combined with the ongoing challenges they face in getting assistance to the 21.2 million people who need it, means aid agencies measured their response to the week-long ceasefire that began on Tuesday morning with care.
