I. SITUATION OVERVIEW
The Low Pressure Area (LPA) east of Visayas has developed into a Tropical Depression on 01 October 2015 and was named "Kabayan".On the same day, it intensified into a Tropical Storm (TS) and was given an international name MUJIGAE. "KABYAN" is the 11th tropical cyclone which entered PAR this year.
