Heavy rainfall caused flooding in several regions of the former Yugoslav Republic of Macedonia between 23-26 Feb 2013. Several dams were damaged and breached; infrastructure, agricultural fields and houses sustained damage as well. More than 1,600 families were affected. (IFRC, 4 Mar 2013)
