· The Multi-Cluster/Sector Initial Rapid Assessment (MIRA) are now available and the priority needs identified are 1) Immediate need to provide ongoing food assistance and access to water to all affected communities; 2) Urgent and extensive shelter requirements; 3)
Recovery of livelihoods, including farming, fishing and the service industry; and 4) Restoration of WASH, education, health, protective and other community services, and management of displacement.
