HAC revises down the number of flood-affected people across Sudan

The Humanitarian Aid Commission (HAC) has revised its earlier figures of people “affected” by flooding downwards from 105,964 families to 68,353 families (see table below). Assuming an average family size of five, this amounts to approx. 341,000 affected people throughout the country.
