UNMISS “Protection of Civilians” (PoC) Sites [i]
- As of 31 August 2017, a total of number of civilians seeking safety in six Protection of Civilians (PoC) sites located on UNMISS bases is 212,969 including 114,683 in Bentiu, 24,402 in Malakal, 38,448 in Juba UN House, 1,940 in Bor, 651 in Melut and 169 in UNMISS base and 32,676 in the area adjacent to UNMISS in Wau.
