Iraqi Red Crescent provides health, relief, first aid and psychosocial support assistance to the displaced families in Diyala Governorate

The Iraqi Red Crescent Society (IRCS) has distributed 472 relief and health rations to the displaced families at Saad camp in Baquba district and Al-Wand camp in Kanaqin district.

The IRCS teams have distributed 472 health set and 472 kitchen kit to the displaced families at Saad and Al-Wand camp, in addition to implement first aid and psychosocial support workshops, also implementing health and awareness programs from communicable diseases and personal hygiene programs to the displaced students in a number of schools, and the number of beneficiaries has reached 658 displaced.

The IRCS teams who are deployed in the camps of displacement have organized psychosocial support workshops and a number of activities, joyful games and psychosocial support sessions to the displaced students in order to reduce their suffering and raise their educational level .
